Prepare turkey in a different and delicious way with the restaurants secret spices

Turkey is considered the sheikh of food in festivals and special occasions because it is one of the famous foods in Egypt and most of the Arab countries for its delicious taste which is prepared in a unique way. and set it up simply and easily






We need to do this because turkey is one of the best types of meat served in many different places and
 there are many different foods that work to magically and visibly fill the stomach. I have. How to prepare a turkey is easy simple and saves effort money and time
The way the turkey works

Ingredients


Turkey breast or whole rooster as desired
 Two large onions finely 
chopped Four finely
 chopped tomatoes Two finely
 chopped green peppers

The seasoning


A teaspoon of salt 
A teaspoon of black pepper
 A teaspoon of chicken spices 
A teaspoon of garlic powder
 A teaspoon of onion powder
 A teaspoon of paprika
 White honey
 Tomato sauce
 Pomegranate molasses


How to prepare


The turkey is washed in a solution consisting of water salt salt and flour for 20 minutes to get rid of any pungent odor. We mix onions tomatoes peppers spices honey pomegranate molasses and sauce in a food processor mix well and leave aside. . We prepare it after washing it and we make slots with the knife in most of its parts until the knife reaches the bone

. This step is considered one of the most important secrets of the success of the turkey and this is because the seasoning is easy for it to reach. And after making the holes with the knife we make a space between the skin and the meat for the seasoning to reach the rooster meat

. We season it with the previously prepared mixture put some of the seasoning in the openings in it inside it and under the skin and coat it completely with the seasoning

. Leave it in the mixture for two hours

. We prepare a large tray add onion slices tomato slices and potato slices and spread them out in the prepared tray to settle them. . We put the turkey slices on top of the vegetables cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at a high temperature for about an hour


After an hour we cool the oven to a medium temperature until everything is done


. 30 minutes before cooking we get rid of the aluminum foil so it takes on a brown color. . The flattening test We press the knife or some wooden shish tawook on the rooster to see if it is flattened or not 
. After leveling we prepare a large serving tray for the old turkey
. On the side it is served with basmati rice corn chips or potato chips mixed pickles and green salad

Grilled vegetable slices can also be added to a side dish with basmati rice

There are many special dishes that come to our mind first. On big occasions or on holidays or even during seasons and one of the most important of these foods is turkey. Putting turkey on any material gives it a wonderful shape and luxury to it. The way to make turkey is very simple and every housewife can do it at home without the need for restaurants
